When you contact RB Fence via phone, our website contact form, or email, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and details about your fencing needs.
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiries, provide estimates, schedule work, and communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you leave a phone number on our contact form, we may text you about that request: confirming the appointment you booked, reminding you before it, or answering what you asked. Message frequency is a few per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them and HELP for help.
Texts are sent by 555 Digital, the company that runs scheduling for RB Fence and Deck. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number goes only to the messaging service that delivers the text, which is what makes the message possible, and to nobody else.
Contact form submissions may be stored on secure servers for customer service and record-keeping purposes. Phone calls are not recorded.
If you use the private feedback form at rbfenceit.com/review, your star rating, your message, and any name, phone number, or email you add are emailed to RB Fence so we can follow up. We send that email through Resend. Private feedback is not published on Google or anywhere else, and the form does not send you automatic texts or emails. Four and five star ratings are invited to leave a public review on Google, which opens in a new tab and follows the Google privacy policy. To have your feedback deleted, contact us using the details below.
