Cost and quotes
Not an honest one. A per-foot number hides the things that change the price the most: gates, corners, rock, slope, and tear-out. We measure your yard and give you one price for the whole job, in writing, free.
People ask for a base price per foot because they want to know if they are being taken advantage of. Fair enough. The trouble is that a per-foot number only describes a straight, flat run with nothing in the way. Add two gates, a corner, a downhill run, and a foot of rock under the sod, and the same footage is a different job. A number we gave you over the phone would either be wrong or padded to cover what we could not see.
We come out, walk the line with you, and write up the whole job: material, height, footage, gates, and tear-out if there is one. One price for the fence you actually want, on paper, before anything starts.
If you are getting more than one, and you should, make sure you are comparing the same fence:
Tell us what you are picturing and we will come measure and put a clear price in writing. No cost, no obligation.
