Cost and quotes
Nothing changes hands until you have a written estimate and you have said yes. The estimate spells out what is due when, so there are no surprises on the day the crew shows up.
You will not be asked for a deposit before you have seen the price on paper. Read it, compare it, sleep on it. If you say yes, the estimate is what we both work from.
Anything due before we start and the balance at the end are both written on the estimate, along with the material, the height, and how many gates. If something changes after we start, say we hit rock and need a different post setup, we tell you before it changes the price, not after.
Plenty of people online tell the story of paying a fence company up front and never seeing them again. We understand why that makes you cautious. Ask any company for the schedule and the payment terms in writing, and ask who is actually going to be doing the work. We are glad to answer both.
Tell us what you are picturing and we will come measure and put a clear price in writing. No cost, no obligation.
