How the job goes

Day one is usually tear-out if there is one, then setting posts in concrete. The concrete needs time to cure before we hang rails and pickets, so there is often a short gap between post day and finish day. Then rails, pickets, gates, and cleanup. Big properties, farm fence, and rocky ground take longer.

Showing up

We have all read the stories about contractors who take a deposit and vanish, or come out for a quote and never call back. We call you as soon as we can, we give you a start date in writing, and if weather or a material problem moves it, we tell you before the day, not after.

What helps us go faster

• Know where your property line is before we come.
• Have your HOA or association approval done if you need one.
• Clear the fence line of brush, stored stuff, and anything with a hose on it.
• Tell us about buried lines, sprinkler heads, and the dog's favorite escape route.
