The install
If you are not sure where the line is, a survey is the only thing that settles it. We build where you tell us the line is, and we can set the fence a bit inside it so there is no argument later.
We are fence builders, not surveyors. The county map on your phone can be off by several feet, and the old fence that was there when you bought the house is no guarantee of anything. If you have survey pins or a recent plat, we can build from those. If nobody knows, a licensed surveyor is the one call that ends the question.
A fence over the line can end up torn out, on your dime. One homeowner online put it plainly: it isn't fun paying for a fence twice. A survey costs a lot less than a fence.
Talking to the neighbor before we start goes a long way. If they are sharing the cost or tying into your fence, get that in writing too. We can set the fence a few inches inside your line so you can maintain both sides without stepping on theirs.
Tell us what you are picturing and we will come measure and put a clear price in writing. No cost, no obligation.
