The install
Sometimes. The rules differ between the city, the county, and neighborhoods with their own covenants, and they change. Check with your association and the local codes office before we start. We build to what the approval says.
If you live somewhere with covenants, an architectural committee, or a property owners association, there is usually a form to approve the style, height, and placement of a fence. Get that approval before we dig. A fence that got a verbal OK and a written denial later is a fence somebody has to move.
Whether a permit is required can depend on the height, whether the fence is around a pool, and whether you are inside city limits. We do not want to guess on your behalf. Call the codes office for your address and ask. It is a short phone call, and they will tell you exactly what they need.
Bring the approval or the permit answer to the estimate, or tell us what they said. We build to the height and setback it calls for, and we put that on the written estimate so everyone is working from the same paper.
Tell us what you are picturing and we will come measure and put a clear price in writing. No cost, no obligation.
