Picking a fence
It depends on what the fence is for. Wood privacy blocks the view and looks the most like a fence. Vinyl skips the staining. Chain link costs the least and keeps dogs in. We will tell you which fits your yard.
The classic 6 foot privacy fence. It blocks the view both ways, which matters if you have a nosy neighbor or dogs that fight through the fence. It is easy to repair one board at a time. It does weather, and it looks best if you stain or seal it now and then.
No painting, no staining, hose it off. It comes in more than white now. A hard cold snap or a mower deck can crack a panel, and a cracked panel is a replacement, not a patch. Good pick if you never want to think about the fence again.
The least expensive way to close in a yard, and dogs cannot chew through it. Black coated chain link looks a lot less like a ballfield than the old galvanized kind. It does not give you any privacy, and it does nothing about barking at whatever walks by.
Aluminum for a pool or a front yard where you want the look without the upkeep. Farm and barbed wire fencing for acreage and livestock. If you are not sure, tell us what you are trying to keep in or keep out and we will point you at the right one.
Tell us what you are picturing and we will come measure and put a clear price in writing. No cost, no obligation.
